During Wednesday's New York International Auto Show, Kia revealed plans to introduce its small electric SUV, the EV3, to American consumers "by the end of 2026." The vehicle initially debuted in international markets during 2024, with releases in South Korea and European countries. The 2027 edition destined for the United States maintains the somewhat angular styling of the present 2026 iteration, while featuring a redesigned center console that eliminates the previously criticized "cutting board" armrest from the initial version.
